What is our turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship items.

For handmade or custom graphic tees, sweatshirts, hoodies please allow 5–10 business days depending on order volume.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • Shipping time is separate and depends on the carrier

When will my order ship?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship via USPS and arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your items!


  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized items (including graphic tees made to order)
  • Final sale items

How do returns work?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue:
    • Store credit OR
    • Refund depending circumstances (discussed via email)

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right!
